Apples Apples and more apples

All my son wants to do is plant an apple tree, so this was his favorite. 7 years old and I'm getting his Palette, to taste ingredients within ingredients. HE and we as a family Loved the Yakima Applewood Sea Salt. With this we added a few pieces of apples to a NY Strip Steak, and it brought even more of the flavors out. Had a kick of sweetness and great Smells. This is a Family Favorite and will be in the spice rack now
